Porta’s Dinner Parties are an opportunity for our talented chefs to explore new ideas and ingredients, and a chance for our guests to experience new dishes not on our regular menu. The always-evolving five-course dinner is served several times per season (typically a Thursday) with select wine, cocktail and liquor pairings.
